ON SILVER CERTIFICATES AND BANK NOTES.... THE "PRICE GUIDE" MAGAZINE HAS DATES WITH A STAR AFTER IT. EXAMPLE.... WHAT DOES THE STAR MEAN OR DESIGNATE? THANKS FOR THE HELP. WOULD LIKE TO WISH ALL A HEALTHY PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR.

actually, star notes are printed before the regular run of notes and are used to replace the defective pieces.

i got SOOOOOOOOOOO sick of the 1999 Richmond notes E 0022 7492 * type bills i swear they made more error notes than correct ones for that bank. its harder to find correct ones than errors. what i find hard is the H* I* and J* also D* notes.
