Need help with a possible 1964 proof DDO-001 Dime

Heres my problem. I was scanning a few 1964 proof sets for my favorite coin the AH Kennedy. Throughout my searching I always look for varieties. As I was looking at the dime I noticed doubling. So I pull out The Authoritative Reference on Roosevelt Dimes by Kevin Flynn and attempted to verify the variety as a DDO-001. Here is where my problem is at:

1. I can not see/find the obverse die markers.
2. All the doubling matches the illistrations in the book except for the J in the Initails at least through what I'm looking through (80 X lighted magnifier) the letter is not doubled.
3. The doubling is not as bold as the illistrations in the book.

So here is my question(s):

1. Should I send it to Anacs for attribution or should I send it to Wiles for attribution?
2. Is there other varieties listed for the 1964 proof not listed in current reference manual?
3. Since the "J" is not doubled could this be another variety not found?
4. What would you do?

All opionions greatly needed thanks.
