It's also referred to as an Ort (10 groszy). The '99 2nd ed. Krause lists it (KM-6) at $10 VG, $25 F, $60 VF, $100 XF. The type was minted all years 1608-16. No mintages listed.
John, that coin would run you about $120 to $150 in Poland, according to auction prices a few years ago. I don't have any more updated info. There are several varieties of the 1615 Ort from Gdansk.
