Please help with 1923 Colombian 5 Peso piece.

I'm not familiar with the series, and I'd like your opinion on this coin. What are the chances it's real v. counterfeit (I'm wary about every raw coin on the internet now!)? What's the value of such a coin? I have no idea. Thanks a lot for your help.

    I don't have any experience with this stuff, but in the 1990 Krause prices were: BV(.2355AGW)/VF, 100/XF, 135/Unc. Mintage: 74K. My rough guess on grade would be VF.. it looks like it's moved around a bit, but not bad overall. Real? I know nothing there.

    Just my opinion, but it looks genuine to me. Weight might be the best way to ultimately tell (7.988 grams).
