State quarter curse

I heard on the radio that the state quarters carry a curse:

• The New Hampshire quarter because the Old Man in the Mountain collapsed
  
• The Maryland quarter because the State House was hit by lightening
  
• Vermont because the maple syrup production is down
  
• The Georgia quarter because the peach crop is down
  
• The Wright Brothers reinactment in North Carolina was a fiasco
  
• The Pennsylvania quarter because for the second year in a row, the Crossing of the Delaware reinactment was cancelled

The vagaries of weather make re-enactments on historic dates "iffy" at best. You may build a Wright Flyer identical to the one flown at Kitty Hawk but if the weather doesn't co-operate you end up with a pile of junk. Ditto the crossing of the Delaware. The collapse of the "Old Man Of The Mountain" proves that not even the mountains last forever. Syrup and peach production? Who knows? Maybe it's little green men?

It's kinda funny with the little coincidences, but if you really searched, you could find any type of bad news for absolutely any state any year, so I don't buy it as a "curse"

S--- happens, regardless if you had a state quarter issued.
