I got an email from ebay stating that my bid had been cancelled on a coin. I thought maybe the seller was cancelling the auction, then I got this email:
Hi there:
I cancelled your bid on this item:
1889-CC Morgan Dollar F15 N/R (Item # 2212387005)
The reason I cancelled it is I felt you bid too high. The coin is a die cast counterfeit as noted in the description, and I wanted to make sure that YOU knew this as your bid seemed a little high for a counterfeit coin. If you wish to rebid, please feel free. Thanks!
I am glad he was paying attention because I sure didnt realize it was a die cast fake until he told me!
