Ok, this is starting to freak me out!

I decide to work on completeing my Booker T registry set about 6 mos ago and I started to noticed that appx. 50% of the high grade ones offered for sale in PCGS holders begin with the certification number 213, then I look at heritage auctions today and its the same thing! Why would such a large percentage of these coins start with the same numbers. Wash/Carvers too---------------BigE

Anyone know, this is the cert. number, not the coin number before it. Conder maybe?----------------------BigE

    BigE,

Sure sounds like they were all part of a bulk submission.

Don, that is what I thought at first, but some of them a a couple of thousand numbers off. One possibility I was thinking of is that a grader may be assigned to these issues, and his number may be 213? Probably not, just a guess??----------------BigE
