The Paul Christman Collection

"Pitchin Paul" Christman was a two time 1st team All-American QB and Heisman finalist at Missouri, and led the Chicago (now Arizona) Cardinals to the NFL Championship in 1947. The back of his rookie card (1948 Bowman football) says he collected counterfeit coins. I'm assuming these were counterfeit US coins.

Does anyone know the whereabouts of Paul's collection (he passed away in 1970 after playing tennis and lived in the Chicago metro area)?
