Unreleased slabs

Bought some $20 Libs this week that are still registered in someone's set. I am going through the appropriate channels with PCGS to get them released, but I figured it shouldn't be too tough to figure out who's got 'em listed. I only went through the circ strikes w/o variations, but I'm pretty sure it's the 2003 winner. I've got some sort of provenance, I guess - not that that matters at this level. Anyway, has anybody ever had trouble getting coins released?

It has happened a number of times, but the usual PCGS channels have always worked.

Had this happen a couple of times too. I would scan the slab and send a copy to BJ. It was usually taken care of in a few days. Sometimes the coin(s) may be in multiple sets and the collector forgets about one.
