I have a friend whose husband died earlier this year. He had a small collection of 2 dollar bills, Silver Eagles from every year made, some Ikes, and some quarters. She is sending me the whole kit and kaboodle for my appraisal and then I will send her a check. I am hoping to have them by Christmas but I wont complain if they are a late present.

I am going to be getting one coin for Christmas this year. My mother let me choose what I wanted and she got it for me. The coin I chose was a 1949-S Franklin Half in MS-65 PCGS. It was a coin that Lucy had for sale.

I don't know if I'm getting one but I got the wife an 09s VDB to finish out her Lincoln set. ANACS VF details net F, cleaned but not harshly. Rather a nice looking coin actually.

My wife doesnt have a clue as to what coins I want or buy, so I usually tell her about a new Book that I want, and let her get that.
