registry/pop report error? 70 bobby orr sticker stamp

hoping someone here can help me out, in the population report there are 2 listings for 1970 topps stickers and 1970 topps/opc sticker stamps. does anyone know if these are the same thing and a pop report mishap? the cards look identical and I have seen a psa 8 "1970 topps sticker" per the holder, but there aren't any 8's listed , all the 8's are listed under the topps/opc sticker stamp. who is the best person to contact at psa to try to clear this up? I don't want to buy both if they are the same card and just a psa inconsistancy thanks for the help and happy holidays

any help, due to the huge amount of collector posting , I got bumped in 1/2 a day. any help would be appreciated so that I can contact the right person at psa thanks
