I do agree the seller is an idiot and you have no idea if it is a legit auction or not but how could you possible tell if those are reprints or not from those terrible pictures? I know there are alot of reprints being passed as original but I am sure that not every goudey or t206 has been graded so it is possible to have raw originals for sale. again, not defending the idiot but I jsut can't see how you can tell if those are reprints from the awful pictures
That was my point packcollector. If indeed this is legit....the poor auction set up and pictures of such a potential high-ticket item(s) has reduced this auction to a spectacle.......

I paid $43 for the listing below and was really skeptical : 1979 TOPPS RAK PACK BASEBALL CARDS, 4 PACKS EACH CONTAINING 39 CARDS TOTAL OF 156 CARDS. NEW AND UNOPENED PACKS-EXAMPLES OF SOME OF THE TOP AND BOTTOM CARDS ARE:RICH HEBNER.TIGER 1979 PROSPECTS,REDS TEAM PICTURE, ROB WILFONG,OZZIE SMITH,LEE MAY,PETE FALCONE, BILL MADLOCK,BREWERS CHECK LIST,RON REED,DAVE PARKER, RON CEY AND OTHERS TO TOTAL 156 CARDS IN SEALED PACKS. BID IS FOR ALL FOUR PACKS. PAYMENT BY PEN-PAL OR MONEY ORDER. WILL SHIP UPS AFTER CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT
well got my package 4 racks of 79's and here is the best part:
my scan is terrible but the smith is centered unlike most.

My '60 Morrell Meats Drysdale from a 0 feedback seller worked out fine. The scan made the card appear a lot higher grade than it was (not deceptive - it wasn't a very good scan) - there's enough creasing/wrinkling to make it a PSA 2 (PSA 3 if I'm lucky), but at $1 plus shipping, I'm thrilled. In LA, that card would fly off a dealer's table at a show for $10. The autographed 2000 Score Jerry Porter card was NM-MT or better, and there were no problems with the Jerry Glanville autographed card. Of course, by the time I posted feedback, the seller already had 10 positives, so I got lucky in finding a new honest seller. Meanwhile, on the other end of the spectrum, a dealer with well over 4000 feedback sent me 4 lots of the 5 I won, and hasn't yet responded to my email about it.
the low feedback isn't the problem, it's the fact that he has 2 negatives out of 27 and that his pictures are not clear at all. You should email him and say you will only buy the cards if he is willing to do an in person transaction at his local police precinct. See what he says.
