Clackamas...Looking at one I have. Strong spread on the "one" and both "nines". No spread on the star and slight spread on the Liberty. The date spread is on the north side of the numbers. This must be a LDS because of the flat strike. Am I close?

I have spread on everything, Date, "*" Liberty and IGWT. I have the die gouge under the "E" in liberty. Do you see that? Looks like an RPM as well.. can you confirm?
