What Price For Common Silver Coins?

I've been sitting on a faor amount of Silver dimes and quarters for a while - several MS rolls and lots of common date stuff mostly AU.

What price could I expect for the common date "melt" stuff with the price of silver climbing?

Tulving sells $1000 face bags of 90% silver dimes or quarters for 4.16 x face. (That's only 10c/oz over spot for 715 oz.)

Use this formula...

Spot Price (go the the Monex link below and they post real time bullion spot prices Monday-Friday, use the spot price for 90% silver, not Silver Bullion) X .715 X Total Face Value = Selling price.

Example: 5.80 (example spot price) X .715 = 4.147 X 10 (10$ Face Value for 1 roll of quarters) = $41.47 (rough amount you can sell for)

I am sure they are paying 3.8 times face right now in Houston.

Put them on Ebay and you will get at least spot plus a little bit.

Just go to ebay, do a search of say silver quarter rolls , select completed items and see what some sold for in the last couple days..I did and quarters and halves have gone for anywhere between 36 and 45 dollars, merc dimes 20-25.
