1961 Proof Franklin Half, question about cameo

Ok on my quarter I can see what denotes DC, but on this half there's no "frost" on the bust. Would this then get just a CA or none at all?
Grade it if you want as well, but I don't think it's all that great.

It's a decent proof, not cameo. Idon't know what you can do about the fingerprint. Besides that, I think it's pretty sharp, maybe 66-67?

So to be CA the bust would have to be lightly "frosted"? and DC would be as frosted as my quarter?
