GOETZ: K-327 arrived today

Opus 327: THE INN WERKS. Cast AE, 95mm, 1925 Commemorating the opening of the chemical and metal plant in 1925. Inscription on obverse "To the opening of the plant in 1925. Inscription on reverse "Nitrogen and Aluminum."



This piece was sold to me in it's original presentation box, something nearly unheard of..



A very nice box with even a leather support mechanism in the bottom...


Just a choice example of a very scare to rare (best guess on my part) Goetz piece.

I guess the IW with wave and lightning logo on the box stand for the Inn Werks on the medal. Cool medal in a cool original case.

May be I missed something, was there any hat in the box, Cacheman? If no it's also no problem you can use it as a hat for your next giveaway
