Do some Ebayers not have email?

One guy wins 3 auctions. I send an email, including a break on shipping the 3 items together. No response. After 4 days, I send him Ebay's "payment reminder." No response. A money order arrives today - no note, just the MO. Best I can tell, he simply sums each auction plus each shipping individually then adds insurance. At least there was a return address on the envelope.

I just don't get some people...

I had a similar problem. I had to remind the guy that he needed to pay for his auction then I got a money order in the mail. He was from PA and wanted the item shipped to MS. It was for an unopened bag of quarters that I had purchased from the mint. When I went to pack the bag for shipment it came open and quarters spilled out. I emailed him three times asking for his address so I could refund his money. It has been over a month now with no response. I wonder if he is a trucker or something and is never home.

I thought it was impossible to sign up for an Ebay account without an email address. Maybe your buyer is just a little impatient.

Maybe just a little rude or doesn't pay attention to emails! I'm bad about looking at the incoming box and just start deleting items that I'm not sure who is the sender.
At least he sent the money! That is a plus!

This has happened to me several times. I never send a reminder until after 7 days. If after 7 days, no emails and no payment, then I send the the NPB reminder, skipping the first reminder. Then 10 days after that.....no payment, no emails, I file the NPB and get my FVF back.

Whether or not I leave a neg depends on the mood I am in.

I don't always leave a neg, but sometimes I do.
