Scanning coins and another question

Hello all,

Tell me, is there a good method to scanning a coin so it doesn't look like crapola? I have a HP all in one and I can't for the life of me get a good image. Mine always looks so dull.

My other question is how long does it take to get your new members packet from PCGS??

Try putting something under the edge so the coin is at a slight angle.
