OT... but I am happy about it......

Today is my second anniversary on the forum.

I just want to say that it was probably the single greatest thing that has gotten me through the last two difficult years and I am very happy about that.

I have made contact with some fabulous people, seen 1000's of wonderful coins and, as you may know developed a "taste" for collecting.

Thanks to all on here, I appreciate it beyond words.

Now my rant is over, back to the regular program.

Always nice to pass a milestone, eh? You created in me a passion for ship coins I would not have otherwise had-thank you for your influence and unflappable good humor. Huzzah to both of you!

PS- Ask Trozeau for a glimpse of his new ship coin

PPS-I too miss the thumbsup- it was kind of a neutral/positive way of expressing approval...

I'm with Shep; because of you and ShipCoins I end up stopping and looking at ship coins and medals I normally might pass over. In fact the other day I was looking in my safe and found this and thought of "Newbie".

Congratulations on two years. Now if I could just find that darn thumbs up...
