<< <i>A friend of mine has easily converted a scuba tank by adding a ball inflation pin to the end of the tube instead of a mouthpiece. That produces a lot (I think 1000 pounds) of air in a very small area of space. Its so easy to clear a coin of encrusted materials! Plus, to recharge a scuba tank is really cheap - less than $10. >>

They're just using compressed air to remove junk from coins? Hmmmm. Wouldn't a sandblaster work better?

"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might." -Deut. 6:4-5

"For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; He will save us." -Isaiah 33:22
  • My thought exactly! Seems like any hard stuff on the coin would scratch, scratch, scratch as it was leaving.imageimageimage
