Need help with attribution

I need help identifing this bust quarter. It is in a PCGS XF-45 green slab but with no attribution.

From auction pictures at Heritage it looks like a B-6 but I don't have a Browning book to verify it.

The pictures are not very good but I think good enough for verification.

    Looks to me like a B-9, due to the spacing of the stars from L and Y and close to the hair and bust, and on the reverse, the position of the end of the olive branch in relation to the C. An early die state, before the clashes, rim breaks, and die cracks characteristic of later impressions. Nice coin! excellent for type.
