An original US Mint order form for the 1971-S uncirculated and proof dollars.
I have encountered only a few of these over the years when buying bulk lots, and this is by far the nicest one. There is no writing and the heavy paper is crisp, although the last page is detached along the perforations (they are order forms made to be detached).
The reverse of the cover page has marketing info and instructions printed in blue and red. Apparently the mint thought blue and red was pretty groovy back in the 70s.
A neat piece of exonumia for an Ike enthusiast, especially for a historical display.
I sold one of these (along w/an old newspaper clipping) a while back for $9.00, this one is nicer.
