Iraq 25 Dinar banknote: value please?

One of my friends asked if I know the value of such a note, with no date, but with Saddam on it. Can someone please help me? Thanks.

I think their novelty has worn off at this point. Maybe two or three bucks in CU?

My local dealer had Unc Iraqi notes selling for .25 CAD each.

At a show I was at, a dealer was passing them out as conversation pieces, whether you bought anything from him or not.
