For what it's worth - I've gotten as far as 1923 in photo shooting. I'm having a really tough time getting the pictures to come out as close as possible to the actual coin(s). They don't come close to many of the pros on the boards - but I believe they are pretty much as proffesional as I'll ever get
This takes sooo long, and will likely take some time I see. Oh well maybe by next year same time I'll have completed the whole shebang

You've got some great-looking Mercs! Thanks for posting the pics.
Yeah, they're a lot of work. This weekend I took pictures of about 25 coins - mostly early Washingtons. I usually take at least 2 shots of each side of every coin. That's the easy part. It's the cropping, resizing, and combining that takes so darned long. Maybe I'll be done with them by next weekend. Come to think about it, I still need to re-photograph all of my 1934-45 Mercs, too. Guess that'll be a January project.
Good luck photographing the rest of your set. I hope it doesn't take another year.

Good luck on your end too!!!!
......not too much interest here afterall with the merc crowd I guess - oh well ...must be going thru some kind of spell

I love to see these beautiful coin images in the sets.
Keep going, just 2/3 to go!
