What do you do?

I'm a new guy here and I don't want to come across as whinning, but...

What do you do when a blazing card you pulled from a pack yourself is sent to PSA only to receive the dreaded:

"Not Holdered, Evidence of Trimming"

What's the proper / best way to protest this? I've sent an email to customer support but was curious what others have done.

Thanks!

Brian

Just do what nearly anyone else would do. Re-submit it.

  • I can't argue with that solution. This is the second submission in a row that this has happened. I'm I unlucky or is this common? I just saw my grades posted on the website today and wondered if there was anyway to get it a second look before it's shipped back. I'll suck it up and stop whinning now image
  • It's more common than you might think. Lots of us re-submit and do fine. Others still have problems. If the card measures okay and matches up well to others you have from the set than you might wanna go for it. Personally, I think its a crap-shoot with some issues.

Weird .. I just got back a submission from PRO rejected for evidence of trimming,
and a vintage submission back from Beckett rejected for being recently cut from a sheet.
    NOT !

Be glad you're dealing with a grading company that examines cards for such ...
