Can anyone read the legend at the top of the obverse and bottom of the reverse of this copper-plated steel 10 feniga (KM#115)?

It's simply the country name -- Bosnia & Hercegovina -- written in Cyrillic characters. The characters below the map of the country is the denomination, Feninga.
