Are there any coins out there that are not the "best", but worth more registry points?

Is there something like a MS68RB out there where the "best" coin (i.e. Red) is MS66RD and the RD bonus is only one more than the RB bonus? If the coin was weight 1, then the MS68RB would give you 69 registry points and the MS66RD would give you 68 points. So the "best" set would not be 100% red. I am sure this happens in the early sets where there are a ton of nice non red coins (I guess this can happen with FB and DCAM/CAM as well) and very few red ones, but is there anything "modern" out there where this happens?

    The 1960 proof cent small/large date has pop. tops of (1) 66-DC, (2) 67-cam. , (2) 68-RD all with none finer and all worth the same registry points.But there is a major difference in price. Joe
