MR. Hall,
What would you consider is the main reasons as to why the lack of MS70 American Silver Eagle bullion coins? There is a total of only 12 graded MS70 and I find it curious as to why. All other modern commems, and gold bullion coins are graded MS70 by the truckloads and no A.S.E. has graded MS70 in the last 5-6 calender years.
Also what do you think the market would bring if say 1 was graded for 2004?

These very large silver coins seem to have planchet flaws and spots as often as not. They are small, but they are there. If you look at them with 5x magnification (as fits our "Flawless under 5 power magnification" definition of "70"), you almost always can find something "wrong."
