What's going on in the Washington Registry?

Noticed I moved up one in the Registry without adding any coins. Did someone in the Top 10 delete their set or just remove some of their coins? Also noticed we now have "A Quarter Collection", "Another Quarter Collection", and "and Another Quarter Collection". Never noticed the "and Another Quarter Collection" before but this doesn't appear to be a new set. Did someone just change the name of their set or has it always been there and I need to open my eyes a little more? Somebody who pays a little more attention to the Registry than I do enlighten me please.

Rick: It appears, one of the "old time" collectors just changed his name to the "catchy" "quarter collection" theme name, which the 2002, 2003 set winner originated. He also just closed the set, which makes perfect sense to me if he desires to improve his collection from here.
