I've got it. It's only 1 1/2 page long. Consists of 5 brief Sections. I can fax it or mail it. PM me with your preference. I have Westlaw research @ home, so I can't just give you a link. It's a proprietary database which will only allow me to print off the act. I'm sure it's on the web somewhere. It is identified as Public Law 95-447 (sometimes seen as PL 95-447).

The Susan B. Anthony Dollar Coin Act of 1978 (Public Law 95-447, is codified at 31 USC 5112 (a)(1), (b), and (d)(1) - (but I think that codification has all subsequent amentments)
