Let's see, it costs $25 to slab it, so the coin is worth -$17.50!! That's about the right price, I'd say.

I think Airplanenut has a couple raw ones going on his auction site....

I started to ask why someone would send in a coin like that, but then I think of all the state quarters that PCGS and NGC grade.
