OT again - Paypal surcharges

EBay seller in Singapore says the total bill with S&H is $14 cash or $14.90 by Paypal, checks not accepted. 1st class postage to SIngapore is 80¢, and international money orders are even more expensive, so do you take the risk of loss in the mail for a dimeimage, or stand on the principal of "no surcharges" and send the letter with a well-wrapped enclosure?

BTW past dealings establish that this is that real rarity, a knowledgeable Singapore seller with a well deserved good reputation who sells real coins, not castings.image

    Some things are worth arguing over. This one isn't, IMO. I just hold my nose and pay the dang PayPal.
