PCGS must have as it's goal to have every certified coin be a PCGS coin! Mr. Hall said recently that turnaround time would be(I do not want to misquote him) somewhere around a month on crossover. 52 days since my certified coins left this place to be crossed over-according to what is written when I request a status report-50 days that these eleven coins ,already graded, simply had to be looked at my a couple of graders and placed in PCGS slabs! I cannot imagine being THAT BACKED UP! WOW. How many coins are in PCGS' posession right now!? Common sense would tell highers-up that more graders/expansion is in order. For Pete's sake...I paid for a specific 15 day service a $30 a coin for these poor overworked graders to issue me a PCGS certification # yet when the coin showed up, it was STILL in the NGC slab! The only reason I got them on time is I drew it to their attention that ,by God, I paid for 15 day service not 18 or 21 day service! Let me go on record as saying I am PCGS thru and thru but expansion and hiring more graders is needed in lieu of the mistakes that I've received as of late!...a coin labeled 1944-S PCGS 66 turned out to be a 46-S! Had I not by chance found another piece that was just a little more to my liking I never would have caught this mistake that sat in my Registry Set for almost 3 months. Needless to say, I pulled EVERY coin out the safe and checked to be certain there were no more boo-boos! There was...A while back I picked out a coi n that I knew for a fact was graded improperly. How do I know? The vast majority of my holdings are PCGS 66.I know a 66 when I see one. This coin was labeled 1946 PCGS 63 when in all actuality the coin is a 48-S that should be PCGS 66. GET SONE MORE GRADERS AND SPEND SOME OT THE MILLIONS if not BILLIONS of Dollars made to expand and hire more graders! I have every bit of 1000 coins to certify and this "snail's pace" just won't cut it! I'm ready to ship...BEEN READY but I'm going to wait until they get caught up or expand. Ihave custoners waiting and they're getting antsy -wanting to climb on my behind. C'mon PCGS =build a new wing and get more graders!

The silly things have already been graded, but they've been in the sealing and verification process for a month now, according to the customer service folks I talk to about once a week.
C'mon guys... take 'em to the bandsaw, cut open the old holders, seal 'em up, and call me to come get them!
Please???
