Baltimore - Meet & Greet on Saturday

What time and where do you guys want to meet? We usually gather before the show starts, then attempt to make lunch plans. Do you all want to meet at the PCGS table at a certain time and head off for lunch? What do you all want to do?

Since I am a newbie to getting together with you folks, I will follow you lead... Plan to meet Tootwawl, merz2 at the door before it opens. After that what ever.

Tom and I should be there prior to the doors opening as well.

He and I will probably shoot over to the mall and grab some quick Chinese as usual.

I'll see plenty of plastic at the show boys!image
Personally I don't care to pay insane prices for lousy food just to look at something I can't touch. Hell it's like being married.image

I might have to snowmobile down to the convention center Saturday.

I have to pass on a long lunch outside the convention center. Need more TIME for coins and people on the floor!

Looks like I am cancelling my trip to Baltimore. We are expecting 15 inches of snow in New York.

Don't bother trying to win my auction lots....I am putting in stronger bids now to compensate for my not being on the floor!

there is 3-4 inches on the ground here at the show. I hope you guys that live around here know how to drive in the snow. If you guys can't it sure will be slow at the show.

Sorry I can't make it this time, have a good time everyone. It will be interesting to see how the weather affects the show.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

I will still be there. Live close enough and have 4x4. Will see you at your table. Look for the long hair wearing wing tips. image

Since I can get up and walk around (well, sorta walk around) and have new tires on the car, I still plan on going also.

BAD news, at least for me.

I just got back in my house. My son and I drove 23 miles and turned the HELL around. The roads are Horrible here in Ohio and I can only imagine that they would be worse in the mountains on the PA turnpike.

I apologize because I was REALLY looking forward to seeing everyone again since I missed the last show. The drive was not worth the risk, even in my full size chevy 4x4.imageimage

Sorry to hear that goose.... I was looking forward to meeting as many folks as I could (Put faces with name tags) Safety is best. Maybe I could head your way next time there is a good show around your way. My lady and I will travel at the drop of a hat so to speak.

    Goose & Orville,
There's always another Baltimore show down the road. Sorry you guys can't make it. I'm still planning on coming up. I may have to share a room with MDWoods if I get snowed in.
