You mean you're not seriously considering "Dead King" as your title?

That is on the "short list."

I want to explore other ideas before I settle on something.

    How about, "Dead King Rising"?

or, "I slept with a Mercian". The Mercian, of course, would be Aethelflaed......YOUR DEAD WIFE!! image

or, "I'm sleeping with a Mercian".

I'll let you know what my choice in a coin would be, but I do need a PCGS MS65 or MS66 Young Head sovereign. imageimage

'Dead King' has to be in the title. I like Terry's suggestion. What else is better than the most boring Dead King?

To gild refined gold, to paint the lily,
To throw a perfume on the violet,
To smooth the ice, or add another hue
Unto the rainbow, or with taper-light
To seek the beauteous eye of heaven to garnish,
    Is wasteful and ridiculous excess.
King John. Act iv. Sc. 2.

Are thou not Aethelred, known as Dead King and Master Collector? Remember:

    And if his name be George, I ’ll call him Peter;
For new-made honour doth forget men’s names.
King John. Act i. Sc. 1.

May be it will be "Basileus"? From the one hand it is a very briefly kingship or title, but from other hand it is a very impressive and capacious kingship, because firstly it was struck on the coins of Alexander The Great, dated by years 336-323 BC. And ... anyway Greeks were before Romans and also some others image

And for those guys who insists that the King is dead--- Basileus is really dead now (I mean the ancient one, but not .... )
