Where would moderns get the best evaluation?

Every once in awhile, I have a couple of moderns I need to be graded and just tack them onto a regular submission of earlier coins rather than come up with the five needed for modern grading. Particularly on CAM/DCAM SMS coins, do you feel they would get the same "grade" from your "regular" graders than the modern-only specialists? That is, would a modern grader perhaps be better qualified/more impressed with a nice SMS cameo than the other graders who may not see as many moderns and might be inclined to grade them a bit more harshly?

it seems to me that both services should be the same. I haven't had a modern submitter ever tell me otherwise.
