What is the status of the "expanded" service on coins bodybagged or DNC? Wasn't PCGS to start providing explanations for these coins on or about April 1st of this year? I have held off quite a few submissions (primarily crossovers) awaiting fulfilment of this new and improved service.

    Hi Gilbert,

    Now that the turn around problems look they are being solved we can focus on enhancements such as DNC grades.
