WHEN WILL 2003 STATE QUARTERS (PROOF) BE INCLUDED IN THE SET REGISTRY CALCULATIONS?

    If it is the same as last year it will be on 1/5/04.

    Danny,
    I'm sure that most of the sets will be updated for 2003 when the first full week of 2004 arrives. Most sets carry the 2003 at the bottom for you to add, but certain sets don't, like the 1968-2002 proof set.
