The scratches and scuff marks are on the slab. There's a light mark behind the eye and one above the eye in the hair. The cheek is basically clean.

Yes. I bought it in an ANACS UCAM holder. When I sent it to PCGS, they dropped it a grade. I was so sure it would cross, at the same grade, I cracked it out. I wouldn't have cracked it out if I thought it wouldn't have crossed.
