It could quite well be. Unlisted essais turn up regularly; Krause simply doesn't catch them all.

That I don't know. That price might be very reasonable for a scarce 3-coin essai set, but I've never collected them nor Cambodian coinage, so I have no basis on which to judge their rarity or market price.
