I found this today in my pocket change while going through it. Has anyone had any reports of this type of error existing before in the 1995 Quarter (note the "1" is missing). The coin does not appear to be altered. -- Anyone have any good recommendations as to where I can send this for professional grading without it costing me an arm and a leg?
