I would think 1 of the most difficult sets to be put together in top grade would be the Barber series in high grade. Some of the high grade Barber halves have pops <10.

there are a few series which are beyond reason for most but barber quarters are doable but extremely tuff. there are 3 stoppers in the series and they're stoppers in all grades and it's a loooong series to boot.
