Double Die variety 1988 Washington?

Is anyone aware of a strong doubling on the title quarter? It is very pronounced from the forehead all the way to the chin on George's profile. I'm not sure if it's rare or not but it's probably worth taking a look into...........

    I checked the CONECA website and none have been identified or recognized. Maybe die-chatter, machine doubled?
