Call me crazy but I think the California state quarter design is pretty good. Certainly better than most of the other states.

    At least it's different - that's a plus. Better than another state outline with a flower or cow or something.

    It's definitly not the worst one out there, but I still want to know what happened to the design that most people voted for. I believe that was the one that had Yosemite on it.

    The Yosemite design was my second choice. My first was the one chosen. I'm very happy it was selected...puts me in a good mood today. Finally no state outlines or 10 different themes crammed into one coin.

    I like it too! With all of the other garbage designs - this is fresh and different.

    image I finally figured out what it represented, I thought it was a bunch of Dairy Queen curly ice cream cones. I'm sorry I know some of you have expressed that you like it, but it makes me laugh. Looks like something a darksider would like, a euro.image

    We darksiders like classy designs, and this CA quarter is far from classy. It is unimaginative and uninspired.
