PSA Set Registry - Basic Set and Master Set Question

As some of you know, I had all of my photos uploaded to the 81 Fleer Baseball Basic Set along with comments in the discussion line with all the players.
When the Master Set was added, I went in there and added all the registry certification numbers.
After the Master Set was approved with my numbers, all of the photos and the comments were wiped clean out of the Basic Set.
Does anyone have any comments to what I may have done wrong?

Only thing you can do to save yourself some typing is copy and paste the current comments if the updtaes have not completed.
I'd sure as hell hate to retype 600+ comments
