these are the COA cards & black boxes in excellent condition that came with the GSA CC Morgans that were sold by the US Government.
Your GSA Morgan collection will not be complete without these COA cards & black boxes. I sold the coins, but kept the cards and black boxes.
I'm selling them for $8 each, shipping included. The cards are mostly 82-84, except for 1 78 $32, shipping included.

11 coa's that have no serial numbers...hence I can sell them for $2 each along with a black box plus 50 cents postage.
3 82, 2 83, and 2 84 - thanks to the two board members who bought them
Order from him if you have any GSA CC's that are plum naked otherwise!
That is the first time I heard of this. If you're not happy with them, you are more than welcome to return them. I will gladly refund your $$, PLUS both way shipping.
