What country is it from? Most people think of France, but several other French-speaking countries issued centime coins. Haiti, for instance.

The "A" is a Paris mintmark, so it was made in France, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's a French coin! What else does it say on it? What's the basic design? What is the grade, and do you have a picture?
