Funny, there was one of those in the proof set hoard I was discussing over on Wayne's thread about the 1974 Bahamian set. I believe the Franklin Mint also produced the Cook Islands set, yes?

Say, why don't you take the big leaf off the 1-cent coin and pull it up over the naughty bits on ol' Tangaroa, there? [shudder]
