New addition to the Pug's Commem collection - help with the grade

A very dear friend presented me with this coin today - It'll always be special in my collection - what do you think it grades? I'm guessing possibly 63, but I'm not sure - thanks!

Pretty coin Frank but the rim dings (1:00 and especially the 5:00 position, reverse) would keep this one out of the choice (63) catagory, IMHO. The slide marks on the cheek are a bit troublesome too but overall a neat, colorful wholesome Commemorative that wouldn't be judged on its grade but rather on its appeal.

Braddick - the "rim dings" aren't really dings, but either distortions from the picture or toning. I saw them on the picture too and went back to the coin and verified that in fact they weren't dings - but thanks for the opinion!

Very nice Columbian! Tough to find ones that aren`t toned grey. MS63 sounds pretty fair to me.
