My year 2000 Krause shows this coin as:

AH1371(a) Mintage: 1,100 Identification: 10 Francs, Y49 Mkt Value: 30.00

A) Have I identified it correctly?

Does your Krause (or other text) have any additional info?

2003 Krause doesen't show a mintage and lists as .15 Fine, .40 VF, .85 XF and 2.00 Unc.

Those are fairly common coins.
